Entrants must fill out the official entry form on the registration page. Failure to complete the form properly may result in disqualification. Miami Lifestyle Awards panel reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with rules, enter ineligible categories, etc
Eligibility:
Entries must represent businesses, attractions, or services (that take place) in Miami and its suburbs only. Entries outside this geographic region will not be eligible.
